Haldi Chandan Soap is a handmade bathing bar built on the oldest pairing in Indian skincare — turmeric and sandalwood. Turmeric brightens and clarifies; sandalwood cools and calms. Made in small batches with no SLS/SLES, no parabens, no synthetic fragrance and no artificial colour.
We use kasturi haldi (cosmetic turmeric), not cooking turmeric — so it does not stain your skin or your towels.

How to Use
Wet the skin, lather the bar between your hands or on a soft cloth, massage over face and body, rinse with lukewarm water. Follow with a light oil or moisturiser while skin is still damp.
Make it last: handmade soap has no synthetic hardeners. Keep it on a draining dish out of direct water spray — a bar sitting in a puddle dissolves in days.

Will the turmeric stain my skin?
No — we use kasturi haldi, the non-staining cosmetic variety. Very fair skin may see a faint tint that rinses off.

Yes, it is mild enough. Follow with a light moisturiser if your skin is dry.
Is it suitable for oily or acne-prone skin?
Yes — turmeric and sandalwood are both traditionally used for exactly that.
Why does handmade soap melt faster?
No synthetic hardening agents. Keep it dry between uses.
Is it vegan?
