About Vitamin B12 Boost
Plant-based nutritional support for vitamin B12, aimed at vegetarians and vegans, the groups most at risk of running low.
Why Vegetarians Need to Watch B12
Vitamin B12 supports red blood cell formation, nerve function and normal energy metabolism. It is found reliably in meat, fish, eggs and dairy, which is exactly why long-term vegetarian and vegan diets are the single biggest risk factor for deficiency.
Common signs of low B12: persistent fatigue, tingling in hands and feet, brain fog, mouth ulcers, pale skin and low mood. These overlap with a dozen other things, which is why guessing is useless.
An Honest Note on Plant-Based B12
We would rather tell you this than sell you a claim.
No plant food is a guaranteed, reliably bioavailable source of vitamin B12 in the way animal foods or a prescribed supplement are. Some plant sources contain B12 analogues that the body cannot use, and can even interfere with absorption of the real thing.
Use these as daily nutritional support within a plant-based diet, and get your serum B12 tested. If your levels are clinically low, your doctor may prescribe cyanocobalamin, methylcobalamin or injections. Follow that advice. Nothing here replaces it.
Untreated B12 deficiency causes nerve damage that can become permanent. This is not a category to be casual about.
The Product
Vitamin B12 Supplement Powder: a whole-botanical blend with no synthetic isolates, sugar or artificial additives. 1 teaspoon daily with food.
Also relevant: Moringa and Spirulina for broader vegetarian micronutrient support.
How to Know If It Is Working
Get a serum B12 blood test before starting and again after about three months. Do not judge by symptoms. They are too vague and too slow.
Who Else Is at Risk
Adults over 50, people on metformin or long-term antacids, and anyone with pernicious anaemia, coeliac disease or other absorption conditions.
Food supplement, not a medicine, and not a treatment for vitamin B12 deficiency. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. B12 deficiency requires medical diagnosis and management.
