About Immunity Booster

Ayurvedic herbs traditionally used to support normal immune function: taken daily over time rather than reached for when you are already ill.

Immunity Is Built, Not Bought

The honest version: no herb makes you immune to anything. What these do is support the body's normal defences as part of a routine that also includes sleep, food and stress management. All of which matter more than any powder.

Herbs work here as a daily habit over months, not as something you take when a cold starts.

The Herbs

  • Neem Giloy: Ayurveda's premier immunity herb, called Amrita. Neem-grown giloy is traditionally considered the most potent form
  • Tulsi (holy basil): adaptogen, and the classic for throat and respiratory comfort
  • Amla: one of the richest natural vitamin C sources of any fruit
  • Ashwagandha: for the stress side, which is where most immunity is actually lost
  • Moringa: broad micronutrient support
  • Rasayan Churna: a classical rejuvenative blend

A Simple Daily Routine

Morning: tulsi tea, or ½ tsp giloy in warm water on an empty stomach.
With food: ½–1 tsp amla or moringa.
Night: ashwagandha in warm milk, because sleep is doing more for your immunity than any of this.

Allow 4–6 weeks before judging anything.

One Important Warning

If you have an autoimmune condition: rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, MS, psoriasis, Hashimoto's. Avoid giloy and ashwagandha unless your doctor approves. Immune-stimulating herbs are the opposite of what those conditions need.

Also consult a doctor if you are on immunosuppressants, pregnant, or nursing.
