Payment & Currency
We accept PayPal as well as international credit and debit cards. PayPal is usually the easiest option for customers outside India.
All prices on this website are shown in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹), including for international orders. Whichever payment method you choose, PayPal or your bank converts the amount into your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate, and that converted amount is what appears on your statement. Your bank may also apply a foreign transaction fee. This is charged by them, not by us.

Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with your DHL Express tracking number. You can track your shipment door-to-door on the DHL website at any time.
Packaging
International orders are packed for long-haul transit, sealed, cushioned and protected against moisture. Liquids such as ghee, honey and syrups receive additional leak-proof packing.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, photographs of the product and photographs of the outer packaging. Our full terms are set out in our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Dengue is a medical emergency and requires hospital care. Severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, bleeding gums, blood in vomit or stool, difficulty breathing, or a sudden temperature drop with weakness needs immediate emergency treatment.
Papaya leaf may be used as supportive nutrition alongside medical care, under your doctor's guidance. It is not a cure and does not replace hospital monitoring. Deaths from dengue in India are concentrated among people who delayed care.

How to Use
½ to 1 teaspoon in water, once or twice daily, and if you are unwell, only with your doctor's knowledge.
It is bitter. Honey or juice helps.
As a hair mask: mix with water into a paste, apply to the scalp, leave 30 minutes.

Powder or fresh leaf juice?
Powder is consistent, available year-round and does not require finding fresh papaya leaves. Fresh juice is the traditional form if you have access to the tree.
How bitter is it?
Genuinely bitter. Most people take it in juice rather than water.
Can I take it preventively?
It is used as general nutritional support. It does not prevent dengue, mosquito control does.
Who must avoid it?
Pregnant women should avoid papaya leaf. Anyone on blood thinners or with a bleeding disorder should consult a doctor first.
