About Herbal Supplements

Our full range of organic Ayurvedic herbal supplements: single-ingredient powders and traditional blends, grown and processed on our own certified organic farm in Gujarat, India.

Why Powders, Not Capsules

A typical herbal capsule holds 400–500 mg. A teaspoon of powder is 3–5 g. You would need eight to ten capsules to match it. Capsules are convenience; powder is the actual traditional dose, and considerably better value.

Powder also lets you see what you are buying. Capsules hide colour, texture and smell, which is exactly where adulteration shows up.

What to Look For in a Herbal Powder

  • Single ingredient: no starch, rice flour or anti-caking agents padding the weight
  • Correct plant part: ashwagandha should be root, not leaf; jamun should be seed, not fruit pulp; wheatgrass should be leaf, not grain
  • Shade-dried: heat drying destroys vitamin C and dulls colour
  • Honest colour: vivid green moringa, deep maroon hibiscus. Dull or grey means old stock

Where to Start

Everyday nutrition: Moringa or Amla.
Digestion: Triphala.
Stress and sleep: Ashwagandha.
Immunity: Neem Giloy or Tulsi.
Women's health: Shatavari.

How Long Herbs Take

Ayurvedic herbs are cumulative, not fast-acting. Most need 4–8 weeks of consistent daily use before there is anything to judge. Anyone promising results in days is selling something else.

Start at half the stated dose for the first week. That single habit prevents most of the stomach upsets people blame on the herb.
