This is a food supplement, not a medicine and not a treatment for diabetes. It does not replace prescribed medication or insulin.
If you take glucose-lowering medication, tell your doctor before starting. These herbs can have an additive effect and push your levels too low. Monitor your blood glucose closely for the first few weeks. Never reduce prescribed medication on your own, that decision belongs to your doctor.
Used properly alongside medical care, herbal support has a place. Used instead of it, it is dangerous.
What Is In It
- Karela (bitter gourd): contains polypeptide-p, studied for insulin-like activity
- Jamun seed: rich in jamboline, traditionally associated with slowing starch-to-sugar conversion
- Gudmar: literally "sugar destroyer" in Sanskrit; the classic Ayurvedic herb for sweet cravings
- Methi (fenugreek): soluble fibre that slows glucose absorption after meals
How to Use
Take 1 teaspoon (approximately 3–5 g) in warm water, once or twice daily on an empty stomach, typically before breakfast and before dinner.
It is genuinely bitter. That bitterness is the active principle, not a flaw. Warm water makes it easier than cold.
Give it 8–12 weeks of consistent daily use alongside diet and exercise, and keep testing.
Available Sizes
100 g, 200 g, 500 g and 1 kg. At one teaspoon daily a 200 g pouch lasts roughly six to seven weeks.
Who Is This For
People with pre-diabetes or type 2 diabetes who want dietary support alongside medical care, and anyone managing sugar cravings or post-meal spikes as part of a wider lifestyle change.
