Payment & Currency
We accept PayPal as well as international credit and debit cards. PayPal is usually the easiest option for customers outside India.
All prices on this website are shown in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹), including for international orders. Whichever payment method you choose, PayPal or your bank converts the amount into your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate, and that converted amount is what appears on your statement. Your bank may also apply a foreign transaction fee. This is charged by them, not by us.

Food, Herbal & Agricultural Product Restrictions

Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with your DHL Express tracking number. You can track your shipment door-to-door on the DHL website at any time.
Packaging
International orders are packed for long-haul transit, sealed, cushioned and protected against moisture. Liquids such as ghee, honey and syrups receive additional leak-proof packing.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, photographs of the product and photographs of the outer packaging. Our full terms are set out in our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

About this product
Fennel Raw Honey is a monofloral honey. Collected when our bees are foraging fennel (saunf) blossom. It has a distinctly lighter colour and a delicate, faintly aniseed aroma that sets it apart from ordinary mixed-flower honey.
Raw, unheated, unfiltered. Only coarse-strained to remove wax, so the natural pollen stays in.
What Makes It Different
- Monofloral: from a single blossom source, so the character is distinct and consistent
- Delicate aniseed note from fennel: subtle, not overpowering
- Traditionally paired with digestion: fennel itself is the classic Indian after-meal digestive
- Unheated: commercial honey is heated to stop crystallisation; heat destroys natural enzymes
- No sugar syrup: a large share of retail honey is adulterated with invert or rice syrup
- Our own hives on organically managed farmland in Gujarat
How to Use
A teaspoon in warm (never boiling) water with lemon in the morning. Excellent drizzled on curd, fruit or toast. Its lighter flavour suits delicate teas better than a strong multiflora honey.
Never heat honey. Ayurveda specifically advises against it, and high heat degrades the enzymes you paid for.

Frequently Asked Questions
My honey has crystallised. Is it spoiled?
No. Crystallisation is one of the easiest proofs that honey is raw and unadulterated. Stand the jar in warm water to re-liquefy.
How is this different from your multiflora honey?
Multiflora is richer and more complex from many blossoms. Fennel is lighter and more delicate. Both raw, both from our hives.
Is it safe for babies?
Never give honey to a child under 12 months: risk of infant botulism. This applies to all honey.
Can diabetics eat it?
Honey still raises blood sugar. Treat it as a sugar and speak to your doctor.
