Fennel Raw Honey | Organic Farm Based Honey

Fennel Raw Honey is a monofloral honey — collected when our bees are foraging fennel (saunf) blossom. It has a distinctly lighter colour and a delicate, faintly aniseed aroma that sets it apart from ordinary mixed-flower honey.

Raw, unheated, unfiltered. Only coarse-strained to remove wax, so the natural pollen stays in.

What Makes It Different

How to Use

A teaspoon in warm (never boiling) water with lemon in the morning. Excellent drizzled on curd, fruit or toast. Its lighter flavour suits delicate teas better than a strong multiflora honey.

Never heat honey. Ayurveda specifically advises against it, and high heat degrades the enzymes you paid for.

Frequently Asked Questions

My honey has crystallised — is it spoiled?

No. Crystallisation is one of the easiest proofs that honey is raw and unadulterated. Stand the jar in warm water to re-liquefy.

How is this different from your multiflora honey?

Multiflora is richer and more complex from many blossoms. Fennel is lighter and more delicate. Both raw, both from our hives.

Is it safe for babies?

Never give honey to a child under 12 months — risk of infant botulism. This applies to all honey.

Can diabetics eat it?

Honey still raises blood sugar. Treat it as a sugar and speak to your doctor.
