Payment & Currency
We accept PayPal as well as international credit and debit cards. PayPal is usually the easiest option for customers outside India.
All prices on this website are shown in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹), including for international orders. Whichever payment method you choose, PayPal or your bank converts the amount into your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate, and that converted amount is what appears on your statement. Your bank may also apply a foreign transaction fee. This is charged by them, not by us.

Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with your DHL Express tracking number. You can track your shipment door-to-door on the DHL website at any time.
Packaging
International orders are packed for long-haul transit, sealed, cushioned and protected against moisture. Liquids such as ghee, honey and syrups receive additional leak-proof packing.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, photographs of the product and photographs of the outer packaging. Our full terms are set out in our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

About this product
Herbal Chai Masala is freshly ground whole spices. Cardamom, dry ginger, cinnamon, clove, black pepper and supporting aromatics. No fillers, no salt, no artificial flavour, and no bulking with cheap coriander powder the way most commercial chai masala is.
Note how it is packed: 50 g sachets, not one big jar. Ground spice loses its volatile oils within weeks of opening. Small packs mean the last cup tastes like the first.
What Is In It
- Green cardamom: the backbone of good chai masala, and the most expensive part
- Dry ginger (sonth): warmth and digestive support
- Cinnamon: sweetness without sugar

- Black pepper: the kick, and it aids absorption of the other spices

How to Use
For 2 cups of chai: add ¼ to ½ teaspoon while the tea is boiling. Add it with the water rather than at the end, the spices need a minute to release.
Also excellent in milk without tea leaves (masala doodh), in coffee, and in baking, chai-spiced cake and cookies work beautifully.
Start with less. This is unbulked masala and is considerably stronger than supermarket versions.

Why 50 g sachets instead of one jar?
Freshness. Ground cardamom in particular fades fast once exposed to air.
How much per cup?
An eighth to a quarter teaspoon per cup. Start low.
Does it contain tea leaves?
No. It is the spice blend only. Add it to your own tea.
Can I use it without milk?
Yes, in black tea or as a spiced water infusion.
Is it suitable during pregnancy?
Normal culinary amounts are generally fine. Check with your doctor if you are unsure.
