Orders leave our farm in Gujarat within 1 to 2 working days. Shipping is free in India on orders above ₹660. We also ship to the USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia and 23 more countries by DHL Express.

Payment & Currency
We accept PayPal as well as international credit and debit cards. PayPal is usually the easiest option for customers outside India.
All prices on this website are shown in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹), including for international orders. Whichever payment method you choose, PayPal or your bank converts the amount into your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate, and that converted amount is what appears on your statement. Your bank may also apply a foreign transaction fee. This is charged by them, not by us.

International shipping is calculated live at checkout based on:

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Import duties, customs fees, GST/VAT and any other charges levied by your country's authorities are not included in the price you pay at checkout. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the courier or customs authority on delivery.

Food, Herbal & Agricultural Product Restrictions
Several countries apply strict import rules to food, honey, ghee, herbal powders and dietary supplements. Australia, New Zealand and the United States are particularly strict.
Before ordering, please confirm that the products you want are permitted for personal import into your country. If a shipment is seized or refused entry by customs, we are unable to offer a refund for the goods or the shipping cost.

Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with your DHL Express tracking number. You can track your shipment door-to-door on the DHL website at any time.
Packaging
International orders are packed for long-haul transit, sealed, cushioned and protected against moisture. Liquids such as ghee, honey and syrups receive additional leak-proof packing.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, photographs of the product and photographs of the outer packaging. Our full terms are set out in our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Haldi Chandan Soap is a handmade bathing bar built on the oldest pairing in Indian skincare, turmeric and sandalwood. Turmeric brightens and clarifies; sandalwood cools and calms. Made in small batches with no SLS/SLES, no parabens, no synthetic fragrance and no artificial colour.
We use kasturi haldi (cosmetic turmeric), not cooking turmeric, so it does not stain your skin or your towels.

How to Use
Wet the skin, lather the bar between your hands or on a soft cloth, massage over face and body, rinse with lukewarm water. Follow with a light oil or moisturiser while skin is still damp.
Make it last: handmade soap has no synthetic hardeners. Keep it on a draining dish out of direct water spray, a bar sitting in a puddle dissolves in days.
Pack Options
Packs of 5, 10 and 15 bars. The larger packs are the usual family choice and work well for gifting.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will the turmeric stain my skin?
No. We use kasturi haldi, the non-staining cosmetic variety. Very fair skin may see a faint tint that rinses off.
Can I use it on my face daily?
Yes, it is mild enough. Follow with a light moisturiser if your skin is dry.
Is it suitable for oily or acne-prone skin?
Yes: turmeric and sandalwood are both traditionally used for exactly that.
Why does handmade soap melt faster?
No synthetic hardening agents. Keep it dry between uses.
Is it vegan?
This bar is plant-oil based. For a Panchagavya (cow-derived) formulation see our Panchgavya Soap.
