Payment & Currency
We accept PayPal as well as international credit and debit cards. PayPal is usually the easiest option for customers outside India.
All prices on this website are shown in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹), including for international orders. Whichever payment method you choose, PayPal or your bank converts the amount into your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate, and that converted amount is what appears on your statement. Your bank may also apply a foreign transaction fee. This is charged by them, not by us.

Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with your DHL Express tracking number. You can track your shipment door-to-door on the DHL website at any time.
Packaging
International orders are packed for long-haul transit, sealed, cushioned and protected against moisture. Liquids such as ghee, honey and syrups receive additional leak-proof packing.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, photographs of the product and photographs of the outer packaging. Our full terms are set out in our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

How to Use
Oily skin: mix with rose water into a smooth paste.
Dry skin: mix with milk, curd or honey instead, water alone will be too drying.
Acne-prone: add a pinch of neem powder.
Dull skin: add kasturi haldi.
Apply an even layer, avoiding the eye area. Rinse while it is still slightly damp: letting a clay mask dry rock-hard is the most common mistake and is what causes tightness and irritation.
Once or twice a week for oily skin; once a fortnight for dry skin.

It is traditionally used for uneven tone and sun exposure, and works well combined with rose petal powder.
Can I use it on my hair?
Yes. It works as a clay wash for oily scalps.
