About this product
Organic Neem Giloy Powder is Tinospora cordifolia, called Amrita in Sanskrit, "the nectar of immortality", and Ayurveda's foremost immunity herb.
Why "neem" giloy specifically: giloy is a climbing vine that absorbs properties from the tree it grows on. Giloy grown on a neem tree is traditionally considered the most potent form, because it takes up neem's bitter, purifying qualities alongside its own. That is what this is, not ordinary giloy.
Key Benefits
- Ayurveda's premier immunity herb: the reason giloy sold out across India during flu seasons.
- Traditionally used for recurring fevers: its classical primary use.
- Supports liver function and the body's natural detoxification.
- Supports healthy blood sugar as part of a balanced diet.
- Traditionally used for joint comfort.
- Adaptogenic: supports the body's stress response.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is neem giloy better than ordinary giloy?
Giloy takes on properties from its host tree. Neem-grown giloy is traditionally regarded as the most potent, combining giloy's immune support with neem's purifying bitterness.
How long before it works?
Immunity herbs build up. Allow 4–6 weeks of daily use.
Can I take it during a fever?
It is traditionally used that way, but a fever that persists beyond a couple of days needs a doctor, not a herb.
Who must avoid it?
People with autoimmune conditions (rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, MS) should avoid giloy. It stimulates the immune system, which is the opposite of what you want. Also avoid if pregnant, nursing, on immunosuppressants, or before surgery. Consult your doctor if you take diabetes medication.
Can I take it with other herbs?
Yes. It combines traditionally with tulsi and ashwagandha.
Do you ship to the USA and UK?
Yes: worldwide from India including USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Australia and Singapore.
