Payment & Currency
We accept PayPal as well as international credit and debit cards. PayPal is usually the easiest option for customers outside India.
All prices on this website are shown in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹), including for international orders. Whichever payment method you choose, PayPal or your bank converts the amount into your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate, and that converted amount is what appears on your statement. Your bank may also apply a foreign transaction fee. This is charged by them, not by us.

Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with your DHL Express tracking number. You can track your shipment door-to-door on the DHL website at any time.
Packaging
International orders are packed for long-haul transit, sealed, cushioned and protected against moisture. Liquids such as ghee, honey and syrups receive additional leak-proof packing.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, photographs of the product and photographs of the outer packaging. Our full terms are set out in our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

How to Use
Face pack: ½ teaspoon neem + 1 tbsp multani mitti + rose water. 15 minutes, twice a week.
Hair mask: 2 tbsp with water or curd, apply to scalp, leave 30 minutes.
Bath: add 2 tbsp to warm bathwater for prickly heat and body itching.
Internally: ¼ to ½ teaspoon in warm water on an empty stomach, for short courses only. Typically 2–4 weeks, then a break. Neem is powerful and is not meant for continuous year-round internal use.

Can I take neem every day?
Externally, yes. Internally, take it in short courses with breaks rather than continuously.
Who should avoid it internally?
Pregnant and nursing women, people trying to conceive, children, and anyone on diabetes or immunosuppressant medication should consult a doctor first.

Plain neem for skin. Neem giloy if immunity is your main goal.
Will it help my dandruff?
It is traditionally used for exactly that. Persistent dandruff or a scaly scalp should be seen by a doctor.
