Payment & Currency
We accept PayPal as well as international credit and debit cards. PayPal is usually the easiest option for customers outside India.

Whichever payment method you choose, PayPal or your bank converts the amount into your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate, and that converted amount is what appears on your statement. Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with your DHL Express tracking number. You can track your shipment door-to-door on the DHL website at any time.
Packaging
International orders are packed for long-haul transit, sealed, cushioned and protected against moisture. Liquids such as ghee, honey and syrups receive additional leak-proof packing.
Damaged or Missing Shipments

How to Use
Internally: ½ to 1 teaspoon in warm water, before meals or on an empty stomach. Or soak overnight and drink the water in the morning, the traditional method and much gentler.
Hair mask: 2 tablespoons mixed with curd or water into a paste. Apply to scalp, leave 30 minutes, rinse. Excellent for dandruff, and it conditions noticeably.
In cooking: a pinch in dal, sabzi or parathas.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does methi really help blood sugar?
Its soluble fibre slows sugar absorption after meals, which is a real and well-understood mechanism. It is dietary support, not a treatment, and if you take diabetes medication, tell your doctor.
Will it make me smell of maple syrup?
At higher doses, possibly, fenugreek contains sotolon, the compound that gives maple syrup its smell. It is harmless and surprises people.
Is it safe while breastfeeding?
Methi is the traditional herb for supporting milk supply. Tell your doctor what you are taking.
Can pregnant women take it?
No. Avoid methi in medicinal amounts during pregnancy. Culinary amounts in food are fine.
How do I use it for hair fall?
As a weekly paste with curd. Combine with bhringraj for a stronger routine.
