How to Use
As a hair mask

Simmer 2 tablespoons in 100 ml coconut or sesame oil on very low heat for 10 minutes, cool and strain. Massage into the scalp before bed — this is the traditional preparation for cooling the head.

Pairs well with bhringraj for hair fall, or amla for greying.
