Payment & Currency
We accept PayPal as well as international credit and debit cards. PayPal is usually the easiest option for customers outside India.
All prices on this website are shown in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹), including for international orders. Whichever payment method you choose, PayPal or your bank converts the amount into your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate, and that converted amount is what appears on your statement. Your bank may also apply a foreign transaction fee. This is charged by them, not by us.

Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with your DHL Express tracking number. You can track your shipment door-to-door on the DHL website at any time.
Packaging
International orders are packed for long-haul transit, sealed, cushioned and protected against moisture. Liquids such as ghee, honey and syrups receive additional leak-proof packing.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, photographs of the product and photographs of the outer packaging. Our full terms are set out in our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Organic Bottle Gourd Powder is dried and milled lauki (Lagenaria siceraria), a lesser-known but genuinely useful hair herb. Bottle gourd is intensely cooling and hydrating, which is why it is traditionally used on hot, irritated scalps and for premature greying linked to excess body heat.

How to Use
As a hair mask
Mix 2–3 tablespoons with water or curd into a smooth paste. Apply to scalp and lengths, leave 30 minutes, rinse with plain water. Once or twice a week.
As bottle gourd hair oil
Simmer 2 tablespoons in 100 ml coconut or sesame oil on very low heat for 10 minutes, cool and strain. Massage into the scalp before bed. This is the traditional preparation for cooling the head.
Combined
Pairs well with bhringraj for hair fall, or amla for greying.

It is traditionally used for greying linked to excess heat, and works best as part of a routine with amla and bhringraj rather than alone. It is supportive, not a dye.

Once or twice a week as a mask, or nightly as an oil.
