Orders leave our farm in Gujarat within 1 to 2 working days. Shipping is free in India on orders above ₹660. We also ship to the USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia and 23 more countries by DHL Express.

Payment & Currency
We accept PayPal as well as international credit and debit cards. PayPal is usually the easiest option for customers outside India.
All prices on this website are shown in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹), including for international orders. Whichever payment method you choose, PayPal or your bank converts the amount into your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate, and that converted amount is what appears on your statement. Your bank may also apply a foreign transaction fee. This is charged by them, not by us.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Import duties, customs fees, GST/VAT and any other charges levied by your country's authorities are not included in the price you pay at checkout. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the courier or customs authority on delivery.

Food, Herbal & Agricultural Product Restrictions
Several countries apply strict import rules to food, honey, ghee, herbal powders and dietary supplements. Australia, New Zealand and the United States are particularly strict.
Before ordering, please confirm that the products you want are permitted for personal import into your country. If a shipment is seized or refused entry by customs, we are unable to offer a refund for the goods or the shipping cost.

Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with your DHL Express tracking number. You can track your shipment door-to-door on the DHL website at any time.
Packaging
International orders are packed for long-haul transit, sealed, cushioned and protected against moisture. Liquids such as ghee, honey and syrups receive additional leak-proof packing.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, photographs of the product and photographs of the outer packaging. Our full terms are set out in our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

How to Use
Wet the skin, lather between your hands or on a soft cloth, massage over face and body, and rinse with lukewarm water. Follow with a light moisturiser while the skin is still damp.
Keep it on a draining dish. Handmade soap has no hardening agents and will dissolve quickly if left sitting in water.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. It is our gentlest bar. Sandalwood rarely causes reaction. Patch test if your skin is highly reactive.
How strong is the fragrance?
Naturally aromatic and warm, not sharp. It stays on the skin lightly rather than overwhelming.
Can I use it on my face?
Yes, daily. It is mild.
Sandalwood or Haldi Chandan. Which should I pick?
Sandalwood alone for pure cooling and sensitive skin. Haldi Chandan if you also want turmeric's brightening effect.
Why does it not lather like commercial soap?
Big foam comes from sulphates. This cleans properly with a softer lather.
