Payment & Currency
We accept PayPal as well as international credit and debit cards. PayPal is usually the easiest option for customers outside India.

Whichever payment method you choose, PayPal or your bank converts the amount into your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate, and that converted amount is what appears on your statement. Your bank may also apply a foreign transaction fee. This is charged by them, not by us.

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with your DHL Express tracking number. You can track your shipment door-to-door on the DHL website at any time.
Packaging
International orders are packed for long-haul transit, sealed, cushioned and protected against moisture. Liquids such as ghee, honey and syrups receive additional leak-proof packing.
Damaged or Missing Shipments

Dardnashi Tel is a traditional Ayurvedic massage oil, the name translates roughly as "pain-destroying oil". It is a warming herbal blend for external use, massaged into stiff or aching muscles and joints.
How It Is Used
Ayurveda treats external oil massage (abhyanga) as a therapy in its own right, not just a delivery method. Warming oils are traditionally used to pacify vata, the dosha associated with stiffness, cracking joints, and the aches that worsen in cold weather.
Traditional Uses
- Muscular stiffness and everyday aches
- Joint discomfort, particularly knees, shoulders and lower back
- Stiffness that worsens in cold or damp weather
- Post-exertion muscle soreness
- General abhyanga (self-massage) practice
How to Use
- Warm the oil slightly: stand the bottle in hot water. Warm oil penetrates far better than cold.
- Apply to the affected area and massage in firm circular motions for 5–10 minutes.
- Leave on for at least 30 minutes, or overnight.
- Rinse with warm water, or leave as is.
Use once or twice daily. A warm compress afterwards enhances the effect.
External Use Only. Please Read
Do not swallow. Keep away from eyes, mouth and broken skin. Patch test before first use.
This is a traditional comfort oil, not a treatment for arthritis or any diagnosed condition. Persistent joint pain, swelling, redness, heat in the joint, or morning stiffness lasting over 30 minutes needs a doctor. Untreated inflammatory arthritis causes permanent joint damage, and massage oil will not stop that.
Pack Options
Packs of 2, 5 and 10 pieces. Larger packs work out considerably better per bottle and are the usual choice for households where someone uses it daily.

How often can I use it?
Once or twice daily on the affected area.
Should I warm it first?
Yes. It makes a noticeable difference. Stand the bottle in hot water rather than heating the oil directly.
Can I use it with a heating pad?
A warm compress after massage is traditional and helps. Do not apply direct high heat.
Will it stain clothes or bedding?
It is an oil, so yes. Use an old towel or older clothes if leaving it on overnight.
Can I take it internally?
No. External use only.
Who should avoid it?
Pregnant women, people with sensitive skin, and anyone with broken skin over the area. Consult a doctor if you have a diagnosed joint condition.
