Payment & Currency
We accept PayPal as well as international credit and debit cards. PayPal is usually the easiest option for customers outside India.
All prices on this website are shown in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹), including for international orders. Whichever payment method you choose, PayPal or your bank converts the amount into your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate, and that converted amount is what appears on your statement. Your bank may also apply a foreign transaction fee. This is charged by them, not by us.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Import duties, customs fees, GST/VAT and any other charges levied by your country's authorities are not included in the price you pay at checkout. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the courier or customs authority on delivery.

Food, Herbal & Agricultural Product Restrictions
Several countries apply strict import rules to food, honey, ghee, herbal powders and dietary supplements. Australia, New Zealand and the United States are particularly strict.
Before ordering, please confirm that the products you want are permitted for personal import into your country. If a shipment is seized or refused entry by customs, we are unable to offer a refund for the goods or the shipping cost.

Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with your DHL Express tracking number. You can track your shipment door-to-door on the DHL website at any time.
Packaging
International orders are packed for long-haul transit, sealed, cushioned and protected against moisture. Liquids such as ghee, honey and syrups receive additional leak-proof packing.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, photographs of the product and photographs of the outer packaging. Our full terms are set out in our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

How to Use
Brightening face pack: ½ teaspoon lemon peel powder + 1 tablespoon multani mitti + rose water or curd. Apply 10–15 minutes, rinse.
Body scrub: mix with curd or honey, massage gently over elbows, knees and neck.
Hair mask: mix with curd, apply to scalp, leave 20 minutes.
Once or twice a week.
One Real Precaution
Citrus on skin can cause photosensitivity: increased sensitivity to sunlight, which can lead to patchy darkening rather than brightening. Use lemon peel packs in the evening, and avoid direct sun for a few hours afterwards. This is the mistake that makes people say lemon "darkened" their skin.
Always patch test. Do not use on broken or freshly shaved skin.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use it every day?
No: once or twice a week. It is mildly acidic and daily use will irritate.
Does it remove tan?
It is traditionally used for uneven tone and tanning, and its vitamin C supports brightness. Use it in the evening for the reason above.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Use with caution and always patch test. If your skin is very reactive, rose petal powder is a gentler choice.
Can I eat it?
Small amounts can be used in cooking and baking for zest-like flavour. It is primarily milled for skincare.
