Payment & Currency
We accept PayPal as well as international credit and debit cards. PayPal is usually the easiest option for customers outside India.
All prices on this website are shown in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹), including for international orders. Whichever payment method you choose, PayPal or your bank converts the amount into your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate, and that converted amount is what appears on your statement. Your bank may also apply a foreign transaction fee. This is charged by them, not by us.

Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with your DHL Express tracking number. You can track your shipment door-to-door on the DHL website at any time.
Packaging
International orders are packed for long-haul transit, sealed, cushioned and protected against moisture. Liquids such as ghee, honey and syrups receive additional leak-proof packing.
Damaged or Missing Shipments

Why This Matters Especially at Ganpati
Ganpati ends in visarjan: immersion in a lake, river or the sea. Every kilo of synthetic gulal thrown during the procession goes straight into that water along with the idol.
Chemical gulal carries industrial dyes and heavy metals. In water bodies these harm fish, contaminate sediment and persist long after the festival. Natural gulal breaks down harmlessly.
It is a small change that fits the spirit of the festival rather than working against it.

How to Use
Use for aarti, tilak, decorating the murti's surroundings, rangoli, and during the visarjan procession. Wash off skin with plain water afterwards.

Can I use it for other festivals too?
Yes: Navratri, Janmashtami, Dussehra, weddings and rangoli. It is not Ganpati-specific.
Is it safe for the murti?
Yes. Being plant-based, it will not react with clay or paint the way chemical colour can.
Do you supply mandals and societies?

Does it wash out of clothes?
Far more easily than chemical gulal. Wear older clothes for the procession regardless.
