Ajwain Honey is a monofloral honey collected when our bees forage ajwain (carom) blossom. It carries a warm, faintly pungent character that ajwain lovers recognise immediately — quite different from a sweet multiflora honey, and the reason it is traditionally kept for throat and digestion rather than for sweetening tea.

Raw, unheated, unfiltered. Coarse-strained only.

How to Use

A teaspoon straight, or in warm (never boiling) water. For throat comfort, take it neat and let it coat the throat rather than diluting it. Combines traditionally with dry ginger or tulsi for cold season.

Which honey should I buy for a sore throat?

It has crystallised. Is that bad?

No — it is a sign of genuine raw honey. Warm the jar in warm water.

Is it safe for babies?

Never give honey to a child under 12 months — risk of infant botulism.

Can diabetics take it?

Honey raises blood sugar. Treat it as sugar and consult your doctor.
